Made by hand, in small batches
Mokaya is a small chocolate workshop in the Algarve. Everything is made by hand, in batches small enough that nothing sits around — pralines filled the day they are made, eggs moulded to order, seasonal pieces that exist for a few weeks and then do not.
The workshops came from people asking how it is done. They are not demonstrations: you temper, you mould, you fill, and you take home what you made.

Allergens
We work with milk, nuts, peanuts, soy, gluten, egg and sesame. Traces are unavoidable.
What to bring
Nothing. Aprons, tools, chocolate and a box to take it home are all included.
