Allergen information

Everything at Mokaya is made by hand, in one small kitchen, in batches. The same surfaces, tools and moulds are used for everything we make.

What we work with

Milk, nuts, peanuts, soy, gluten, egg and sesame.

What we cannot guarantee

We cannot guarantee that any product or workshop is free from traces of any of the above. There is no separate area, no separate equipment and no separate air. If you have a severe allergy, please treat everything we make as containing all of them.

If you or anyone in your group has a severe allergy, message us before booking. We would much rather have that conversation than have you find out on the day.

Workshops

Participants handle chocolate and fillings directly. Booking requires an explicit acknowledgement of allergen exposure, and we ask for dietary notes on the form — we read every one of them.
